DFM Analysis & Engineering Feasibility
Our cross-functional technical team conducts Design for Manufacturability (DFM) reviews, optimizes machining toolpaths, selects metallurgy and finalizes production schedules.
Tooling, Prototyping & Sample Approval
We engineer custom fixtures, manufacture initial prototype samples and submit First Article Inspection (FAI) reports with complete dimensional validation for client approval.
